Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 cup herbs (mint, parsley, cilantro, chive, or dill)
- ½ tsp salt
- Chopped parsley and olive oil for garnish
Directions
- Add tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer tahini mixture to a food processor. Add the garbanzo beans and pulse until the beans are well incorporated and smooth. For a creamier texture, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and Garnish with olive oil and chopped parsley.
- Serve with Sea Salt Pretzel Pita Chips.
