Green goddess hummus

A recipe so good, it’ll make you want to hummus a tune 😉

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 cup herbs (mint, parsley, cilantro, chive, or dill)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Chopped parsley and olive oil for garnish


  1. Add tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer tahini mixture to a food processor. Add the garbanzo beans and pulse until the beans are well incorporated and smooth. For a creamier texture, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and Garnish with olive oil and chopped parsley.
  4. Serve with  Sea Salt Pretzel Pita Chips.
