Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb fresh pastrami, chopped
- 8 oz swiss cheese
- 1 cup kraut, drained
- ¼ cup chopped cornichons
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 bunch chopped scallions (save some for garnish)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, sour cream, cornichons, and worcestershire sauce until fully combined.

Add softened cream cheese, kraut, and swiss cheese. Mix to combine, then add chopped pastrami and mix once more.

Mix in chopped scallions and transfer mixture to a baking dish. bake for 15 mins until golden brown.

Remove from oven and garnish with extra chopped scallions.
